Who do I contact if I have questions about a product of my order?
If you have any questions concerning your order, please contact Programs Account Support Advisors at (866) 979-2137 or via email at wawastore-cs@halo.com. To expedite service, please have your sales order number ready.
How do I know you received my order?
When you submit your order, it is transmitted securely in an encrypted format to our fulfillment center. We will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours of receiving order.
What type of payments are accepted?
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER. Wawa gift cards are not an accepted payment type in our merchandise store.
How are orders shipped and when will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via Ground Service and generally from a USA origination point, unless otherwise noted. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes as a ship to address. If an expedited freight method is selected, additional charges may apply. Please note that applicable state sales taxes will be added to your order fees once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for processing of your order and 2 - 5 days additional shipping time for ground shipments.
If one or more of the items you ordered are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
How do I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel an order, please contact a Programs Account Support Advisor immediately at (866) 979-2137 or at wawastore-cs@halo.com as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.
How do I return an item?
You can contact our Programs Account Support Advisors at (866) 979-2137 or at wawastore-cs@halo.com to advise them of your return request and review return options. All claims must be made within thirty days of receipt of goods and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
Items that are not held in inventory or are made-to-order cannot be returned unless defective.
Please note Wawa Coffee and Wawa Gift Cards are not returnable.
